1. เราคือใคร
TablePilot คือระบบบริหารร้านอาหาร (POS) ประกอบด้วยเว็บ/แอปหน้าร้าน เว็บหลังบ้าน และแอป TablePilot Manager สำหรับเจ้าของร้านและผู้จัดการ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลอย่างไร
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: รหัสร้าน ชื่อผู้ใช้ ชื่อ ตำแหน่ง อีเมล และรหัสผ่าน (เก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในรูปแบบแฮชที่กู้คืนไม่ได้)
- ข้อมูลธุรกิจของร้าน: เมนู ราคา รูปเมนู ออเดอร์ บิล ยอดขาย สต็อก และข้อมูลที่ร้านบันทึกเข้าระบบเอง ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลของร้านนั้น
- ข้อมูลลูกค้าของร้าน (ถ้าร้านเปิดใช้): เช่น ชื่อ เบอร์โทร แต้มสะสม ร้านเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลนี้ และเราเก็บไว้ในฐานะผู้ให้บริการระบบ
- รูปภาพ: รูปเมนูที่ผู้ใช้เลือกจากคลังภาพในเครื่องเพื่ออัปโหลด แอปเข้าถึงเฉพาะรูปที่ผู้ใช้เลือก
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: บันทึกการใช้งานของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (เช่น เวลาคำขอ ข้อผิดพลาด) เพื่อความปลอดภัยและแก้ไขปัญหา
3. ข้อมูลที่เก็บในเครื่องของคุณ
แอป Manager เก็บรหัสร้าน ชื่อผู้ใช้ และรหัสผ่านไว้ในที่เก็บที่เข้ารหัสของอุปกรณ์ (Keychain บน iOS) เพื่อให้ล็อกอินใหม่อัตโนมัติเมื่อเซสชันหมดอายุ ข้อมูลนี้ไม่ถูกส่งไปที่อื่นนอกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ TablePilot และถูกลบเมื่อคุณออกจากระบบ
4. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร
- ให้บริการระบบ POS และแอป Manager เช่น แสดงรายงาน จัดการเมนู และรับออเดอร์
- ยืนยันตัวตนและกำหนดสิทธิ์การใช้งานตามตำแหน่ง
- รักษาความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
- ติดต่อเรื่องการใช้งานและการต่ออายุบริการ (เช่น อีเมลแจ้งเตือนวันหมดอายุ)
5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราไม่ขายข้อมูล ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่ติดตามผู้ใช้ข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์อื่น เราอาจใช้ผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (เช่น เซิร์ฟเวอร์คลาวด์ และบริการส่งอีเมล) เพียงเท่าที่จำเป็นในการให้บริการ และจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น
6. ความปลอดภัย
การสื่อสารระหว่างแอปกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ใช้ HTTPS รหัสผ่านถูกแฮชบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ข้อมูลของแต่ละร้านแยกฐานข้อมูลจากกัน และมีการสำรองข้อมูลสม่ำเสมอ อย่างไรก็ตามไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์ โปรดรักษารหัสผ่านของคุณเป็นความลับ
7. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือขอสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ รวมถึงขอถอนความยินยอม ตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของประเทศไทย (PDPA) ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นพนักงานหรือลูกค้าของร้าน สามารถติดต่อเจ้าของร้านของตนได้โดยตรง
9. เด็ก
บริการนี้สำหรับผู้ประกอบการและพนักงานร้านอาหาร ไม่ได้มุ่งให้เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีใช้งาน และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลของเด็กโดยเจตนา
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะแก้วันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ด้านบนทุกครั้งที่เปลี่ยน

1. Who we are
TablePilot is a restaurant point-of-sale (POS) system made up of a store-front web/app, a back-office website, and the TablePilot Manager app for shop owners and managers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: shop code, username, name, role, email, and password (stored on our servers only as a non-reversible hash).
- Business data of the shop: menu items, prices, menu photos, orders, bills, sales, inventory, and other data the shop enters. This data belongs to that shop.
- Customer data of the shop (if the shop enables it): such as name, phone number and loyalty points. The shop controls this data; we store it as a service provider.
- Photos: menu photos that a user selects from their photo library to upload. The app only accesses the photos the user picks.
- Technical data: server logs (request times, errors) used for security and troubleshooting.
3. Data stored on your device
The Manager app keeps your shop code, username and password in the device's encrypted storage (iOS Keychain) so it can sign you in again automatically when your session expires. It is sent only to the TablePilot server and is removed when you sign out.
4. How we use information
- To provide the POS system and Manager app: reports, menu management, order handling.
- To authenticate users and enforce role-based permissions.
- To keep the service secure and to diagnose technical problems.
- To contact you about service use and renewals (for example, expiry reminder emails).
5. Sharing
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or track users across other apps or websites. We use infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and email delivery) only as needed to run the service, and disclose data only where required by law.
6. Security
Communication between the app and server uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, each shop's data is kept in a separate database, and backups are made regularly. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password confidential.
7. Retention
We keep data while the shop account is active and as long as required by law (for example, accounting records). If a shop cancels the service, we delete or anonymize data on request.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and withdraw consent, under applicable law including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Staff and customers of a shop may also contact that shop's owner directly.
9. Children
The service is intended for restaurant operators and their staff and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the effective date above when we do.
